Nataliya Ishkova is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience, offering specialized care for individuals across a wide spectrum of mental health conditions. With a unique academic foundation that includes a master degree in Mechanical Engineering alongside advanced nursing and doctoral degrees, Nataliya brings both analytical precision and clinical depth to psychiatric care.
Nataliya provides comprehensive treatment for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. In treating chemical dependency, Nataliya applies a holistic, patient-centered approach that integrates evidence-based medications, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and supportive care to address both the physical and emotional complexities of addiction.
Throughout her career, Nataliya has also developed extensive expertise in psychiatric emergencies, crisis intervention, and acute stabilization. In addition, Nataliya has worked extensively within Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) models, including Forensic ACT and Youth ACT, providing community-based, multidisciplinary care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses who often face significant legal, social, and behavioral challenges.
