With over a decade of experience helping people create the lives they long to live, her work with individuals and couples is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a deep belief that each person intrinsically possesses the strengths and resources needed to build a fulfilling life.
As a therapist trained in the Gottman Method, Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Kelley is especially passionate about helping couples reconnect with what first brought them together and intentionally craft the marriage they envision each day. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their inner strengths and develop the practical skills needed to navigate life’s challenges.
