Tess Harris is our Lead Outpatient Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor deeply passionate about guiding individuals through their recovery journeys. As the lead counselor for our “One Year Clear” Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), she provides group therapy for individuals with substance use disorders, teaching life skills, recovery maintenance, and offering individual counseling. Her work history spans in-person sessions, group settings within correctional facilities, and telehealth services, seizing every opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Driven by a genuine love for helping others, Tess brings a compassionate and holistic approach to each client, tailoring support to their unique needs and circumstances. She is unwavering in her commitment to fostering resilience and promoting lasting change. With extensive experience working with marginalized communities, Tess is dedicated to advocating for underrepresented groups, reflecting her strong commitment to championing diversity, inclusion, and social justice.
