With 21 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, including a combat deployment to Iraq, Darcy brings a wealth of experience, resilience, and understanding to their practice.
After earning a Master of Social Work from the University of South Dakota, Darcy committed to serving veterans, working in suicide prevention for the VA. This foundation has shaped a practice that emphasizes understanding, support, and the empowerment of clients.
Darcy is a certified Autism-informed and ADHD-informed provider, specializing in neurodivergent-affirming therapy. They are also a proud advocate for LGBTQI+ individuals, creating a sensitive and welcoming environment for all clients. Darcy’s therapeutic approach focuses on helping individuals recognize and build on their strengths and resilience to achieve meaningful personal growth and improved well-being.
Beyond their professional work, Darcy has a passion for farm life, raising goats, including a lovable 200-pound dairy goat who enjoys ringing the doorbell when it’s time for milking or when she craves attention—and who even demands to be rocked like a baby! Darcy’s unique experiences, both in and outside the clinic, add a personal touch that enriches their empathetic and strength-based approach to therapy.
