Rainey is a passionate advocate for mental health, suicide prevention, and recovery. With many years of involvement in Minnesota’s recovery community, she has supported and learned alongside others through her role as a peer support specialist. Her work in treatment centers inspired her to contribute in a more technical way, leading her to study graphic design and digital marketing to better support communities and raise awareness around mental health and recovery. In her free time, Rainey enjoys reading, learning, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She is currently expanding her skills to support emergency management and assist with recovery efforts following natural disasters.
