Mary Lee brings 20 years of experience as a health care provider to Hybrid Counseling.. She is a dedicated, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with expanded education and family medicine experience. As a dual-certified nurse practitioner, Mary Lee understands that physical health cannot easily exist without mental well-being. She has a keen sense of body, mind, and soul interconnections. She desires to provide skilled, compassionate care in building trusting, therapeutic relationships with each client, on their journey to mental wellness and/or sobriety. Her approach to her practice is both traditional and integrative medicine. She believes holistic care (lifestyle modification, stress management, exercise, meditation, and grounding techniques) has its place right alongside medication management.
