Susan Daub brings a unique blend of leadership skills, management experience and inherent compassion and intuition to her professional relationships. For over 20 years, Susan has worked with organizations and individuals to activate internal motivation for change, and then guided them through the goal setting and implementation steps. As a consummate learner, Ms. Daub obtained a master’s degree in Integrated Behavioral Health at the University of Minnesota and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). In addition, she is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral for the State of Minnesota and is working towards her LPCC licensure. Her endeavors provide incomparable education and experience in behavioral health, organizational development, human dynamics, change management and project coordination.
