Kelsey Kirkwood MA, LADC is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota and completing clinical supervision to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She graduated from Hazelden Graduate School in 2017 with a Masters in Addiction Studies and Co-occurring Disorder Counseling. With a background working both in out-patient as well as residential treatment, she has experience in various settings within addiction treatment. More recently, she has been focusing on mental health services in working with children, young adults, families, first responders, and the military. She is a passionate advocate for clients and members of the LGBTQ+ community as well as the BIPOC population. Kelsey believes that all individuals deserve to have access to mental health care and resources and she is determined to help better serve disenfranchised communities. During her free time, Kelsey will likely be found with her rescue dog Ty, spending time with family, or traveling on new adventures.
